Anxiety is impacting the health of our world at a staggering rate. Pausing to better understand ourselves and to practice awareness can trigger an empowering cascade of changes.
You can expect to learn about: anxiety, how it has helped you and impeded you, various styles of calming breath and meditations to shift the conditioned narrative within. We spend time in informative discussion about stress and the nervous system as well as practicing reclined & seated meditations.
You will leave feeling grounded in a deeper understanding of the best practices for moving through small stressors and how to evoke gentleness towards your process.
