Join Carolyn at Ma Wellness & Yoga in Victoria for an evening of breathwork.
You'll practice powerful breathing techniques for calming the mind and rejuvenating the spirit. Breathwork is a simple and effective tool to access the wisdom within, as well as to feel optimal wellness. Carolyn guides the experience with openness and many options for each individual.
There will be time spent journaling, in quiet contemplation, practicing different types of soothing and energizing Breathwork and sharing. We end with an Active Breathwork Meditation (similar to Holotropic / Wim Hof). If it's your first time, you will be encouraged to go slow and keep it light :)
