My understanding of mindfulness has been shaped not only through formal study, but through life itself - the birth of my daughter, the sudden death of my father, the weight of global suffering and the quiet discipline of beginning again each day.
Since 2009, I have guided yoga and meditation through trainings, workshops, retreats and private sessions across BC and internationally. My work has been informed by studies with Ana Forrest, Schuyler Grant, Judith Hanson Lasater, Clara Roberts-Oss, Adyashanti, Reggie Ray and Tara Brach.
