We are often moved by stress - caught between what has happened and what is still to come.
But there is always a way back into presence.
I offer thoughtful, personalized guidance in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and nervous system-based practices, grounded in over 17 years of facilitation experience.
Since 2009, I have supported individuals and groups through private sessions, trainings, retreats and workshops across Canada and internationally.
My understanding of this work has been shaped through both formal study and lived experience—including motherhood, grief and the ongoing practice of returning to presence in the midst of change.
My teaching has been informed by studies with Ana Forrest, Schuyler Grant, Judith Hanson Lasater, Clara Roberts-Oss, Adyashanti, Reggie Ray and Tara Brach.

How We Work Together
I offer private sessions, workshops, team experiences, and corporate wellness programs designed to support clarity, regulation and meaningful connection.
Each experience is thoughtfully guided and may include mindfulness, breathwork, reflection, nervous system education and simple practices that can be integrated into daily life.
The intention is to create spaces that support steadiness in the nervous system, greater presence in the mind and more ease in how we respond to stress and daily life.
These are practical, accessible tools that can support a calmer body, a clearer mind and a more grounded way of moving through the world.
Mentorship
Private mentorship is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supported and intentional way.
Our work together may include coaching conversations, mindfulness practices, breathwork, nervous system support, reflection and guided meditation, depending on what you need in the moment.
This is a space for honesty, curiosity, and meaningful change—whether you're navigating transition, seeking clarity, or wanting to feel more grounded in how you show up in your life and relationships.
