A sweet evening of self care and release - to come back home to yourself. Over 90 minutes, Carolyn will guide you through pockets of time journaling, in quiet contemplation, practicing different types of soothing and energizing Breathwork and crystal bowl meditations. We gently build towards an Active Breathwork Meditation (similar to Holotropic / Wim Hof).
Breathwork is an effective tool for transformation, release and optimal wellness. Carolyn guides the entire workshop experience with openness and many options for each individual.
BRING: a notebook and pen, extra sweater and blanket, water bottle.

Different types of soothing and energizing Breathwork are shared throughout class. We end with an Active Breathwork Meditation (similar to Holotropic / Wim Hof). If it's your first time, you will be encouraged to go slow and keep it light :)

Not advised for persons with a history of Cardiovascular Disease, High Blood Pressure, Aneurysm, Glaucoma, significant recent physical injuries, and/or surgery. Persons with a history of severe Mental Illness, Seizure Disorders, or for persons using major medications, or persons who are under the influence of legal or illegal drugs to the extent that their capacity is impaired. Pregnant women are advised to first consult with their primary care physician. Persons with Asthma should bring their inhaler. Breathwork is not a substitute for therapy.
