Welcome to this space of learning. I am dedicated to sharing simple yet transformative tools that have supported me in my own growth.. My greatest learnings about the depths of life through mindfulness have been found in the birth of my daughter, the sudden death of my father, the pain of global suffering, and the joy of starting fresh each morning. 

Since 2009, I’ve been teaching meditation trainings, workshops, silent retreats, one-on-ones and corporate sessions. I’ve studied with Adyashanti, Reggie Ray and Tara Brach, influential teachers of the Vipassana Movement & Zen. 

I believe that meditation is about making the time to get still, as well as the willingness to look within, accept the situation, and act to create change. In this way, every aspect of life becomes a mindful meditation.
