This 3-night, 20 hour Teacher Training Retreat was designed to help enrich your practice and teaching of Meditation, Breathwork & Pranayama.
Join Carolyn for an immersive 3-night training from Thursday, October 23rd to Sunday, October 26th, 2025. This 20 hour Teacher Training has been designed to help guide you in enriching your practice and teaching of Meditation, Breathwork and Pranayama. Set in Carolyn’s old hometown of tranquil Whistler, at the Alta Lake Chalet, it’s the perfect environment to examine your practice and expand your teaching & facilitation skills.
The program is tailored towards yoga teachers, fitness instructors, counsellours, and meditators in various industries.
We begin at 5pm on Thurs Oct 23rd with a Welcome Circle, followed by dinner at 7pm. The training ends on Sunday Oct 26th with a 10am check out.

Accommodation: Enjoy 3 nights of comfortable lodging (private washroom for each bedroom), with all linens and showering essentials provided.

2 hours virtual (Zoom intro session on Sunday Oct 12th at 10am PST prior to the weekend retreat training in Whistler - this will be recorded)

Daily Meditation and Breathwork Sessions
Led by Carolyn, each session is designed to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and breathwork, combining practice with theory.

Explore topics such as the history and science of meditation, the anatomy of breath, creating inclusive and empowering teaching spaces, and developing your unique teaching voice.

Sadly, we are unable to help organize transportation nor coordinate any carpooling.

We can do our best to help you to find a roommate. However, we strongly suggest booking with a friend to avoid paying the solo room rate.

We are able to accommodate many needs, such as gluten-free, dairy free or vegan. On this 4 day Teacher Training Retreat, there will be two meals daily as the portions and variety are plentiful - one morning brunch and one evening dinner per day. All meals are vegetarian cuisine, curated by the talented Marika Richoz. Please ensure that you communicate extra dietary information clearly in a separate email, after registering.

You can apply to attend this training via the application form. After hearing back from Carolyn’s Team, the deposit (non-refundable) can be sent by purchasing directly through Carolyn’s website shop. A confirmation email will be sent within 36 hours, welcoming you to this weeklong retreat and to share more information with you.

Credit Cards and Apple Pay are accepted through the store on Carolyn’s website as well as PayPal or Wise Transfer (for International participants). If you’d prefer to receive an invoice first, let us know via info@carolynannebudgell.com.

After admission into the training program and paying the non-refundable deposit, you can choose to pay the remainder in 1 or 2 installments. One installment would be collected 2 months prior to the retreat or two installments would be collected 4 months prior and 2 months prior.

Upon acceptance into this training, the deposit paid to hold your spot is non-refundable. Please note that it is your responsibility to schedule travel and plan accordingly to arrive on time. There shall be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, extreme weather situations or any force majeure conditions, as well as travel delays or illness.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses. If you need to cancel and there is adequate advance notice, the remainder (after the non-refundable deposit) might be refunded, only if your spot is filled.
