"Finding My Centre”
A new meditation for connecting to kindness, power & breath through nervous system dis-regulation and chronic pain. The body is the vessel into presence and it will always impart truthful information about life, in this moment. I hope this affirmation meditation offers you some breath and grounding into your wise body. In the beginning, in the end and through every breath along the way. We can always come home to the body. We can always return to our centre.
