20 minutes daily. This series will set you up with information and education, to trust that making time for balance is productive.

On an inner level, you will better understand the ways to access a reset for your body, mind and heart.. From a research standpoint, you will realize how simple it all is - albeit not always easy or comfortable! Perhaps radical, but deeply needed across the globe - practices of active release and of relaxation will benefit health and wellbeing.

Each day of this program reviews practices from a variety of positions and shapes - because regulation requires a variety of tools! Make sure you have space / an area where you can sit on the floor or in a chair, stand for stretching as well as lie down on your back.
