This live program weaves together mindfulness, somatic tools, breathwork and discussion in a supported container. Over 7 online weekly sessions, we will reflect upon the experiences of summer and settle into a new season with a grounding routine. Through various tools and a detailed downloadable workbook, a clearing will be made for new intentions, more authenticity and an overall more resilient outlook on life.

  • 15 min Mindfulness + Expressive Writing Check in

  • 20 min Introduction to the Week’s Focused Theme

  • 25 min Hands-on Embodied Practices

  • 15 min Guided Reflections, Questions + Group Discussion

This program is offered live on Zoom each Tuesday from 6-7:15pm PST (Vancouver). Recordings are sent out immediately following the class.
