Join Carolyn & Kelbey for an evening of Breathwork to transform stuck patterns, accompanied by an incredible live Sound Bath.
Carolyn will guide you through pockets of time journaling, in quiet contemplation, practicing different types of soothing and energizing Breathwork. Kelbey will support with his mastery as a DJ, musician and Soundscape artist.
We gently build towards an Active Breathwork Meditation (similar to Holotropic / Wim Hof). Breathwork is an effective tool for transformation, release and optimal wellness. Carolyn and Kelbey guide the whole experience with many options + with love.
